The list of services, terms of performance, cost, and scope of work are determined by the chosen cooperation program or an individual commercial proposal.
3. Procedure for Starting Cooperation
Cooperation begins after:
- receiving an application from the Client;
- agreeing on the scope of work;
- agreeing on the cost;
- receipt of payment for the first stage.
Until payment is made, the parties do not bear mutual obligations to provide services.
4. Conclusion of the Contract
Payment for the first stage of services confirms the Client's agreement with the terms of this Offer and signifies the conclusion of a service agreement within the scope of the paid stage.
5. Procedure for Service Provision
Work is carried out sequentially in stages.
Each stage represents an independent scope of consulting, analytical, and organizational work.
Upon completion of a stage, the Client receives the agreed-upon result, which may include an analytical report, recommendations, a strategic plan, documents, consultations, or another agreed-upon outcome.
After the transfer of the result, the Contractor's obligations for the corresponding stage are considered fulfilled.
6. Cost of Services
The cost of services is determined by the chosen cooperation program or an individual commercial proposal.
Information posted on the website is for informational purposes and may be changed without prior notice.
7. Payment Procedure
Payment is made in a manner agreed upon by the parties.
The Contractor begins work after confirmation of payment receipt and obtaining the information necessary to complete the first stage of the project.
8. Refund Policy

After the commencement of the first paid stage, services are considered to be rendered.
Since AEP's services are individual, intellectual, and created exclusively for a specific Client project, the cost of a commenced stage is not refundable.
In case of unusual situations, the parties strive to resolve the issue through negotiations.
9. Client's Obligations
The Client undertakes to:
- provide accurate and up-to-date information;
- timely provide documents and information necessary for project execution;
- adhere to agreed interaction deadlines;
- timely pay for services.
10. Contractor's Obligations
AEP undertakes to:
- perform work professionally and conscientiously;
- maintain confidentiality of received information;
- inform the Client about project progress;
- transfer results of completed stages within agreed deadlines.
11. Limitation of Liability
Recommendations and materials prepared by AEP are based on information provided by the Client, as well as on current data and professional expertise at the time of work performance.
The final commercial results of the project depend on many factors, including the Client's actions, market situation, Amazon requirements, and other circumstances beyond the Contractor's control.
In this regard, AEP does not guarantee the achievement of a certain sales volume, profit, or other financial indicators.
12. Confidentiality
All information received by the parties in the course of cooperation is considered confidential and is not subject to disclosure to third parties, except in cases provided for by law or agreed upon by the parties.
13. Continuation of Cooperation
After the completion of the first stage, the parties have the right to continue cooperation on the basis of a separate agreement, additional agreement, or individual commercial proposal.
This Offer regulates the obligations of the parties within the framework of the paid stage of service provision.
14. Final Provisions
All issues arising in the course of cooperation, the parties strive to resolve through negotiations and mutual respect for each other's interests.
AEP reserves the right to make changes to this Offer. The current version is always posted on the website.
