Refund Policy
1. General Provisions
This Refund Policy governs the procedure for refunds for services provided by AEP (Amazon Expansion Partner).
By paying for AEP services, the Client confirms their agreement with the terms of this Policy.
2. Nature of Services Provided
AEP provides consulting, analytical, and infrastructure services aimed at preparing businesses for entry into the Amazon US market.
All services are provided individually, taking into account the specifics of each project, the Client's goals, and the information provided.
The result of the services includes professional recommendations, analytical materials, strategies, action plans, consultations, and other intellectual results created exclusively for the Client's specific project.
3. Commencement of Services
Work begins after:
- receipt of payment;
- confirmation of cooperation;
- receipt of necessary information from the Client.
Payment for the first stage confirms the Client's agreement with the scope of work, cost, and terms of service provision.
4. Staged Provision of Services
Work is performed in stages.
Each stage represents an independent scope of analytical, consulting, and organizational work and has its own result.
The cost of each stage is determined based on the volume of expert work, specialists' time, and the preparation of individual materials for a specific project.
After the commencement of a paid stage, AEP specialists begin to provide services in full.
Before the completion of the respective stage, no refund for that stage will be issued.
Upon completion of the stage, the Contractor provides the Client with the agreed-upon result, after which the obligations for that stage are considered fulfilled.
5. Refunds
Before the commencement of work, the Client has the right to request the cancellation of cooperation and a refund.
After the commencement of a paid stage, the Contractor begins performing individual expert work, preparing analytical materials, conducting research, consultations, and other actions that constitute the content of the service.
Since the services provided are of an individual intellectual nature and are created exclusively for the Client's specific project, no refund will be issued for a paid stage after its commencement.
6. Subsequent Stages of Cooperation
After the completion of the first stage, the parties may continue cooperation within the framework of subsequent program stages.
Each subsequent stage is agreed upon separately and may be formalized by an additional agreement, commercial proposal, or a separate contract.
7. Expert Nature of Services
AEP services are based on professional expertise, analytics, practical experience, and an individual approach to each project.
The result of the services is expressed in the preparation of recommendations, strategies, analytical materials, consultations, and other professional solutions.
The assessment of the quality of services rendered is based on the fact of completing the agreed scope of work, and not solely on the Client's subjective perception or expected commercial result.
8. Client's Obligations
The Client undertakes to:
- provide accurate and up-to-date information;
- timely provide documents and information necessary for the project;
- adhere to agreed interaction deadlines;
- timely pay for services.
The Contractor is not responsible for conclusions and recommendations based on incomplete, inaccurate, or untimely information provided by the Client.
9. Exceptional Cases
If the performance of services is impossible for reasons solely attributable to AEP, the issue of refunds will be considered on an individual basis.
Each such case is evaluated taking into account the actual volume of work performed and the circumstances of the specific project.
