2. Subject of the Offer
AEP provides professional services related to preparing companies for entering the Amazon US market, including project analysis, strategy development, infrastructure preparation, launch support, and other consulting services.
The list of services, terms of completion, cost, and scope of work are determined by the chosen cooperation program or an individual commercial proposal.
3. Procedure for Initiating Cooperation
Cooperation begins after:
- receipt of an application from the Client;
- agreement on the scope of work;
- agreement on the cost;
- payment for the first stage has been received.
Until payment is made, the parties have no mutual obligations to provide services.
4. Conclusion of the Agreement
Payment for the first stage of services confirms the Client's agreement with the terms of this Offer and signifies the conclusion of an agreement for the provision of services within the paid stage.
5. Procedure for Service Provision
Work is carried out sequentially in stages.
Each stage represents an independent scope of consulting, analytical, and organizational work.
Upon completion of a stage, the Client receives the stipulated result, which may include an analytical report, recommendations, a strategic plan, documents, consultations, or other agreed-upon outcomes.
After the result is delivered, the Contractor's obligations for the respective stage are considered fulfilled.
6. Cost of Services
The cost of services is determined by the chosen cooperation program or an individual commercial proposal.

7. Payment Procedure
Payment is made by a method agreed upon by the parties.
The Contractor begins work after confirming receipt of payment and obtaining the information necessary to complete the first stage of the project.
8. Refund Policy
Before the work begins, the Client has the right to request a refund.
After the start of the first paid stage, services are considered to be provided.
Since AEP's services are individual, intellectual, and created exclusively for a specific Client project, the cost of a commenced stage is not refundable.
In non-standard situations, the parties strive to resolve the issue through negotiations.
9. Client's Obligations
The Client undertakes to:
- provide accurate and up-to-date information;
- timely provide documents and information necessary for the project;
- adhere to agreed interaction deadlines;
- timely pay for services.
10. Contractor's Obligations
AEP undertakes to:
- perform work professionally and in good faith;
- maintain confidentiality of received information;
- inform the Client about the project progress;
- deliver results of completed stages within agreed deadlines.
11. Limitation of Liability
Recommendations and materials prepared by AEP are based on information provided by the Client, as well as on current data and professional expertise at the time of work performance.
The final commercial results of the project depend on many factors, including the Client's actions, market situation, Amazon requirements, and other circumstances beyond the Contractor's control.
Therefore, AEP does not guarantee the achievement of a certain sales volume, profit, or other financial indicators.
12. Confidentiality
All information received by the parties during cooperation is considered confidential and is not subject to disclosure to third parties, except in cases provided by law or agreed upon by the parties.
13. Continuation of Cooperation
After the completion of the first stage, the parties have the right to continue cooperation based on a separate agreement, an additional agreement, or an individual commercial proposal.
This Offer regulates the parties' obligations within the framework of the paid service provision stage.
14. Final Provisions
All issues arising during cooperation are sought to be resolved by the parties through negotiations and mutual respect for each other's interests.
AEP reserves the right to make changes to this Offer. The current version is always posted on the website.
